Foodtruck gevraagd voor Sports competition (evening dinner)

Maastricht University's School of Business and Economics host Royals Cup every year, a sports event with participants from universities all around Europe. This year's event will take place on the 2nd to the 4th of May with 800 students participating in the event. As a closing dinner, we wanted to organize a dinner for the participants on the Saturday at a rented out space, ideally with 3 food trucks. We would appreciate proposals that take into consideration working with 2 other food trucks and would also appreciate recommendations on how to organize such a set up.
